Toning Small is a nourishing toning that is gradually washed out of the hair. Used to dye the hair darker, or to give the hair more color and glow. Gives shine and revitalizes weakened hair. Vegan, odorless and gentle.
All our color packs are mixed in bowl and applied with a brush
Toning:
This is a perfect treatment if you want a color adjustment in your hair. Toning is used to neutralize, change the shade or make the hair darker. A toning will never make a hair lighter as it does not contain any form of lightening. Even if you choose a light color, you add pigment and thus the hair will become slightly darker.
A tint settles into the cuticle and will not dye a hair strand like a permanent hair dye. A tint is gradually washed out of the hair.
You should always use a cooler shade at the base of your hair, as this hair always attracts more warm pigments. Lengths and ends always attract more cool pigments. The drier/porous your hair is, the more color it attracts. You should always use a lighter shade in the lengths and ends so that the lengths do not become too dark. If you want an even color throughout the hair, you should use a darker and cooler color at the base of the scalp and a lighter and warmer color in the lengths. For example, use no. 9 + no. 9.3 at the base of the scalp and only no. 9.3 towards the lengths for a natural result.
The natural colors, the colors without a dot and number behind them, are calculated to tone down a color, cover gray hair and give more depth to the hair color. All the brown shades can be combined with a lighter color if you do not want to get completely dark hair. For example, no. 5.8 can be combined with no. 8 for a lighter brown result.
So here you can combine based on whatever result you want.

Here you will find an explanation of the structure of the different hair colors. A natural color is a color that does not contain a dot and numbers behind it. This will always cover a certain area better and provide better durability. A reflex color is a color that has numbers behind the dot in cold or warm shades. The hair closest to the scalp always attracts more warm pigments, while the lengths and ends always attract more cold pigments. The lengths and ends always attract more color and therefore we recommend a lighter shade in the lengths for an even result from root to tip.

There is a big difference between coloring uncolored hair and hair that has already been treated.
Uncolored hair needs more pigment, i.e. a darker color and a longer exposure time than already treated hair. The main reason for this is that treated hair is already open so the pigments are absorbed into the hair faster. While uncolored hair needs time to open. Already colored/lightened hair will therefore always be darker than uncolored hair if you use the same hair color and the same exposure time on the entire hair.
Toning:
The hair closest to the scalp ALWAYS needs a longer exposure time than the lengths and ends to achieve an even result if you use the same color throughout the hair. The hair closest to the scalp absorbs cold pigments less well. We recommend a lighter color for the lengths and ends or shorten the exposure time so that the lengths and ends do not become darker.
A toning will always make the hair darker as it does not contain any form of lightening.
This is a very gentle color treatment that settles into the cuticle, adds pigments, adds shine and gradually washes out.
Mixing ratio:
Small package: H2O2 1.5% or 0.9% (90ml) + 2 tubes Fargemix.
Application:
We recommend applying SKIN oil around the hairline before the treatment itself, to prevent the color from sticking to the skin.
The tint can be applied to both damp and dry hair. The drier the hair, the better the hold and durability of the color. Always start the application at the very base of the scalp, in the regrowth.
Operating time: 35min, reduce the exposure time in lengths and ends if you use the same color throughout the hair.
Refresh the color at the ends:
Rinse your hair with about 2-4 dl of water, then lather the color into the ends like a shampoo. Leave it on for 1-5 minutes before rinsing out.
Flushing:
After a color treatment, it is important to rinse your hair thoroughly. Wash your hair twice and finish with a good hair conditioner.
There is a big difference between using a tint after bleaching, highlighting or on already lightened hair. The drier the hair, the more pigment it will attract.
