2. Age limit
To shop in our online store you must be 18 years of age and have a Norwegian residential address. If you are under 18, you can get an adult, f.eks...a supervisor, to act for you.
3. Reservations
We strives to provide our customers with as accurate information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right to make typographical/printing errors, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to information provided in our online store, our marketing or otherwise.
4Prices
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. In the shopping cart you will see the total price including all taxes.
5Payment
Payment is made through the selected payment method.the way at the checkout. Paymentthe solution is provided by Klarna and we offer card payment, Vipps payment and invoice/partial payment. Card is deducted when the item is shipped.
6. Invoice & partial payment
In collaboration with Klarna offers a safe and simple invoice and installment payment solution. The service offers you a one-time credit as payment for your purchases. The one-time credit means that the credit is tied to the individual purchase and that you as a consumer have no further outstanding credit relationship with Klarna. To use the service, you must have a permanent and official Norwegian residential address at the time of purchase and be at least 18 years old. The payment method is only available to private individuals, and requires that you have met your financial obligations and have a good payment history.
7Shipping
A shipping cost of 49 NOK will be added to all orders.
8. Delivery methods
We deliver the goods with Bring. Package in letterbox and to pick-up point.
9. Deliveries
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Delivery is made directly to the address you provided when ordering.
10. Damaged goods and right of complaint
When When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. If the goods are damaged, destroyed or misdelivered, please contact us via customer service: lets.talk@bybente.com. Ved If there is a defect or error regarding an item, we will send you a new one.
11Right of withdrawal and return
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods.
The right of withdrawal means that the buyer can return the goods to the seller without any reason, even if there is no defect in them. The buyer must notify the seller of the use of the right of withdrawal within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Beyond the 14-day cancellation period, we offer open purchase for up to 30 days from the time the buyer has received the item.
The right of withdrawal and Open purchase can only be used if the item can be returned in its original packaging and is essentially unchanged. If you are returning a color treatment, you must all the components of the treatment are returned together. It is not possible to return only parts of the treatment. If you are in doubt about this point, please contact us at lets.talk@bybente.com.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal or open purchase, you will pay the cost of shipping yourself. If you exercise your right to cancel the purchase, we will refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from the date we have received the goods.

12Privacy, security and personal data
By placing an order, you agree that we will store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communications we have with you via email, in order to provide the service you expect from us. We will not share your personal information with third parties.

15. Force majeure
Special circumstances beyond human control such as war, major labor disputes, blockades, fires, environmental disasters, serious infections that prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations may release a party from its obligations. Such exemption applies provided that the operation cannot be performed under these conditions. The other party shall be notified of the circumstances immediately when using this provision.
16. Change of contract terms
After you as a customer have made a purchase, we do not have the right to change the terms of the purchase in question unless otherwise agreed.

18. Disputes and Laws
Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms and conditions.
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.The buyer may contact the Consumer Council for assistance in any dispute with the seller. If an amicable solution is not reached after mediation at the Consumer Council, the parties may request in writing that the Consumer Council refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The decision of the Consumer Disputes Committee is legally binding four weeks after notification. The seller will follow the decision made by the Consumer Disputes Committee.
