For you who have golden or yellowish blonde hair and want a cool, clear blonde shade. The package contains color no. 9.12 neutralizes the warm tones in the hair and makes the blonde shade cooler and cleaner in tone. A toner will not lighten the hair as it does not contain any form of lift, perfect after striping or bleaching for a cooler result.

N:3 MIX:
